Chill filtration and coloring were omitted, allowing the Writer's Tears Japanese Cask Finish to show its natural aroma and taste.
Aroma: Fruity aromas of green apples and pears meet vanilla, oriental spices and cloves.
Taste: Full-bodied and complex on the tongue. Exotic and oriental notes paired with green fruits, vanilla, coconut and sandalwood.
Finish: Long-lasting and spicy, with a mix of exotic fruits and vanilla.
