A superb Greek-Hellenistic strigilis with a broad, inwardly arched metal plate, which has a round finish. Handle worked separately and attached to the blade with four rivets. | Greece. 3rd-2nd Century B.C.
Dimensions: 22,50 cm.
Condition: Shortly before the end of the shovel an antique kink. Excellent condition, with exquisite brown patina. Intact.
Provenance: Acquired at Hermann Historica. Ex W.Z. private collection - Germany.
Notes: The piece includes authenticity certificate. The piece includes Spanish Export License ( Passport for European Union)- If the piece is destined outside the European Union a substitution of the export permit will be requested by us. This process could take between 2 and 4 weeks. Shipped with Insurance.
