Full leather binding, re-backed, with gilt title and decorations to spine and board corners. Inner joint cracked, pencil not to front board verso. Engraved title page present, hand coloured and laid down but detached. Ink name to top margin of page 1. Marginal age toning and the odd little mark/spot, some staining towards the end to bottom margins, otherwise pages are generally clean. Rear joint strengthened.
Pages: [12], 255pp, [1], 71pp, [1], 36pp, [4]. With 20 full page engravings, included in pagination.
