The symbolism of a monkey riding on a horse has a special cultural meaning. The Monkey sitting on a Horse in Chinese reads (马上封候) "Ma Shang Feng Ho" which sounds like "Promotion is fast approaching". The Monkey is considered as a symbol of the Clever and Creative Individual and the Horse as a symbol of Speed, Strength, Success and a Steady Path.
