If you did not receive the paper certificate we evidently forgot to add it to the package. We prepare so many orders and made a mistake. I will email you the digital copy of the certificate today and the physical copy with one through a new shipment at my expense. Sorry again for the oversight
When I received the pakkage nothing was wrong. Only a day later I noticed that the bracelette itself was damaged. I messaged the seller but to this day, no responce.
