A complaint was made to police,to the courier and you notified catawiki, it's no one's fault because the couriers walked into the package and stole the watch,but the package is safe,the money back100%
The seller never responded to the requests sent following the delay in sending the product. Even after Catawiki's assistance intervention, it never provided any explanation for the failure to send.
