DESCRIPTION
At Caves da Cerca we believe that great wines begin with the passion of making wine. Every year we strive to rigorously select the best grapes from each region, to create contemporary wines using the best processing and winemaking techniques. Believing in the unique natural characteristics of each location, we initiated a series of projects with the aim of creating world-class white wines. These wines demonstrate great longevity, evolving favorably in the bottle for several years. When the grape varieties used have the appropriate characteristics, we use different winemaking techniques and aging methods that highlight the full potential of the wine. The process is monitored step by step by our winemaking team using the most appropriate processes for transmitting the characteristics of each terroir to the bottle. Every detail counts and the processes used result in fabulous wines that can be enjoyed by everyone. We try to convey our passion to an activity that we love and are proud of. We believe that when the consumer tries one of our products, all of this becomes noticeable.

VINIFICATION
This spirit is the result of a careful selection of the best wine spirits obtained using traditional methods and an aging process in oak wood that summarizes the more than 75-year tradition of Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of exceptional spirits. The aging stage takes place in new and used Iberian, French and American oak barrels with various types of grain and different types of toast.

TASTING NOTES
This spirit seduces with its silky consistency, aromatic complexity and striking and prolonged finish. It has a rich bouquet with aromas of dried fruits, wood and vanilla, with notes of roasted grains and spices.

VINIFICATION
This spirit is the result of a careful selection of the best wine spirits obtained using traditional methods and an aging process in oak wood that summarizes the more than 75-year tradition of Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of exceptional spirits. Aging is done in a perfect combination of new and used Iberian, French and American oak barrels with various types of grain and different types of toast. The aging time allows us to obtain a rich, delicate, smooth and complex product.

TASTING NOTES
This spirit has great aromatic complexity and a striking, engaging and prolonged finish. It has a rich and intense bouquet with aromas of dried fruits, wood and vanilla, with notes of roasted grains and spices. The finish is warm and very smooth, bringing out a beautiful combination of flavors extracted from the various woods during its aging.

Velha Condessa Aguardente Bagaceira Envelhecida 40% Vol. 1 x 0.70L
VINIFICATION
This spirit is the result of a careful selection of the best fresh pomace, in order to obtain a high quality product. The alcohol extraction process is distillation by “steam stripping”, passing steam through the masses (skins and seeds) of the grape that result from vinification. After prolonged aging in new and used Iberian, French and American oak barrels with various types of grain and different types of toast, we choose the best lots in order to achieve a harmonious, refined and rich blend, taking advantage of all the knowledge from more than 75 years of experience in the production of spirits.

TASTING NOTES
This spirit has a bright, golden color with amber reflections. The aroma is soft and elegant, combining all the fruit present in the pomace with nuances of wood, vanilla and caramel. In the mouth it is complex with a velvety body and notes of spices and toasted wood.

Velha Condessa Brandy 36% Vol. 1 x 0.70L
VINIFICATION
This Brandy is the result of a careful selection of the best wine spirits obtained using traditional methods and aging in oak wood, which takes advantage of the know-how and tradition of more than 75 years at Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of brandy and spirits. The aging stage takes place in new and used Iberian, French and American oak barrels with various types of grain and different types of toast.

TASTING NOTES
This Brandy has a silky consistency, some aromatic complexity and a striking and prolonged finish. It has a rich bouquet with aromas of dried fruits, wood and vanilla, with notes of spices and roasting.
