If you read our reviews (there are 750 of them), this thing you describe has never been represented by any other customer. Please send me a photograph to ascertain this situation and find a solution. As for the price, you bought 2.7 grams for 260 euros. Our margin, considering VAT and taxes on this sale was 5%. Our prices are the best in the market because we are wholesalers, not jewelers.
