This wine is a blend of several parcels located in the north and south of the appellation (Côte Brune and Côte Blonde), on schist, micaschist, iron oxide and granite terroirs. Vinified in stainless-steel vats for 3 weeks, with 30% of stalks, this wine is aged for 15-18 months in 400-liter barrels, 10% of which are new.
