I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with the VHS player, and I understand how frustrating it must be, especially with the valuable tape involved. Please know that it was never my intention to cause you any inconvenience. I take great care in testing all items before shipping, and I have photographic evidence showing that the VHS player was functioning properly when it left my hands. Unfortunately, vintage electronics can sometimes encounter issues during transport, despite being in working condition when shipped. I want to assure everyone that I am not an unscrupulous seller. I always strive for transparency and customer satisfaction. I have already offered to assist with a refund through Catawiki, as I take responsibility for resolving the situation fairly.
