The Bellini is the cocktail of Venice, a great timeless classic. An aperitif composed of two parts of Brut sparkling wine and a part of juice and pulp of white peaches, to which are added some drops of raspberry that give it a characteristic bright pink color. The peaches are traditionally produced in the orchards of the Canella family and are harvested only when they have reached perfect ripeness. An explosion of flavors and sweetness all natural. The Bellini di Canella, in fact, has neither preservatives nor added sugars. It is gluten free and, despite the sweetness, it is a low-calorie aperitif.
