This unique set includes three traditional Japanese kitchen knives: a santoku bocho, a nakiri bocho, and a deba bocho, each crafted by skilled artisans "Tetsuhiro" (哲弘) and "Seitetsu" (聖鉄). These knives are designed for specific culinary tasks, combining functional design with the art of Japanese craftsmanship.

The santoku bocho is a multipurpose knife used for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. It has a wooden handle marked "H25" and shows the wear of use with patina and some visible rust on the blade, giving it an authentic rustic appearance.
The nakiri bocho is ideal for vegetable chopping with its straight-edged blade. The double-riveted wooden handle offers a sturdy grip, and the blade is engraved with the maker's mark "Seitetsu."
The deba bocho, traditionally used for filleting fish, has a thick blade with a single bevel, making it perfect for precise cuts. The simple wooden handle reflects the knife's utility, and the blade has some rust marks that add character.
These knives are excellent examples of traditional Japanese bladesmithing and are perfect for both practical kitchen use and collectors of vintage knives.
