Caledonian 1974 40 years old - The Cally - 70厘升

The Cally 40-Year-Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky is an exceptionally rare and premium whisky produced by the now-closed Caledonian Distillery in Edinburgh, Scotland. Released as part of Diageo’s Special Releases in 2015, it is a remarkable example of single grain whisky, which tends to be less commonly found than single malts.

Expect flavors of vanilla, caramel, light fruits (like apples and pears), and soft spices. Grain whiskies, especially those aged this long, often develop a complex, smooth, and mellow character with sweet and creamy textures.
Extremely rare, as the distillery is no longer operational. Bottles from closed distilleries are highly sought after by collectors.
