2022 Podere Inferno, Caronte - 康帝 DOCG - 12 瓶 (0.75L)

The 2022 Chianti “CARONTE” , a typical blend of Bettino Ricasoli’s Chianti , was vinified in cement. 80% was aged in steel, while the remaining 20% ​​matured in new barriques. Despite its youth, this wine presents itself with an intriguing nose dominated by fruit, accompanied by light spicy and mentholated notes. The sip, juicy and thirst-quenching, encourages drinking and I personally consider the modest alcohol content, only 12.5% ​​vol. alcohol, a real strong point.

The wine is obtained from the vinification of Sangiovese grapes, enriched with small quantities of other varieties such as Canaiolo nero, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia. This grapes guarantee the highest quality and give the wine the unique characteristics of Chianti.
