First Japanese Promo issue came in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with wide obi,
-Japanese insert,
- Giant folded poster,
- 8-page Linwell Theatre program that fits into die-cut slots on each side of the inner gatefold.
The story & image printed on inner gatefold are matched with the printing on pages 4&5 of the program so that when properly opened/inserted/aligned the images & print match up fairly seamlessly.
Some copies (like this) may also contain a Chrysalis Records promotional flyer with info on this this and other releases at the time.
