2023 Wine & Soul, Guru Branco - 斗羅河 - 3 瓶 (0.75L)

Uvas provenientes de uma vinha velha com cerca de 60 anos de Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho e Gouveio.

As uvas devidamente selecionadas e desengaçadas foram prensadas numa prensa pneumática e a fermentação decorreu em barricas de carvalho Francês 9% novas,
durante 4 semanas a baixas temperaturas e estagiou nas mesmas barricas durante
8 meses com “battonage”.

Cor amarelo palha, é bastante sedutor e elegante com aromas de flores brancas, toranja, lima e notas minerais. Muito longo na prova, com boa textura e excelente final de boca.

Recomenda-se o seu consumo entre 10 e 12º.

Grapes from an old vineyard around 60 years old in Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio.

The duly selected and de-stemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press and fermentation took place in 9% new French oak barrels,
for 4 weeks at low temperatures and aged in the same barrels for
8 months with “battonage”.

Straw yellow color, it is quite seductive and elegant with aromas of white flowers, grapefruit, lime and mineral notes. Very long tasting, with good texture and excellent aftertaste.

It is recommended to consume it between 10 and 12º.
