Since 1946, when Juan Alvarez began his individual venture as an artisan --endorsed by a work closely linked to the great master Marcelo Barbero-- his fame as a prestigious guitar maker has not ceased to grow.

Alvarez is part of the elite of the Madrid School of guitar making and an icon in the field, thanks to his artisan quality and the sound of his guitars. Since 1977, Juan Miguel Alvarez has taken his father's work even further, conferring greater power to his guitars and a careful building that makes them especially comfortable to play.

His instruments are highly appreciated not only in our country, but also internationally, as they can be seen in the hands of guitarists worldwide.
