Currently produced by Pernod-Ricard as part of its Chivas Brothers division, Ballantine's is one of the three best-selling blends in the world. The origins of the brand date back to 1827, when George Ballantine founded a wine and spirits shop in Edinburgh, and in 1865 he began blending whisky. The flagship Ballantine's Finest was first introduced in 1910. Its popularity caught the attention of Canadian distilling giants Hiram Walker in 1936. They were cash-rich having taken advantage of American Prohibition in the previous decade and wanted to enter the Scottish industry, also taking over the Miltonduff and Glenburgie distilleries.

Hello. I am sorry that your parcel arrived damaged. I am very sorry about this. I packed it in a shipping box in which I received two bottles of whiskey without boxes from the store. I received the bottles in excellent condition. You wrote that the bottles and labels were damaged. I don't really understand what could have happened to the bottles. Because I wrapped each bottle individually several times. This is to prevent it from breaking and so that the labels are not damaged during transport. As for the labels, they would have to be flooded with water to damage them! Or someone opened the package and may have destroyed the contents. We never have any influence on what may happen during transport.
