2022 Ganevat, Cotes du Jura Rouge "Plein Sud" - 汝拉 - 1 Bottle (0.75L)
This vintage comes from a vine planted on a terroir composed of gray marl and scree coming from the rock of Chalandigna. It was vinified according to the simplest rules: native yeasts, without fining or filtration. The presence of a deposit is considered normal. A slight beading is a natural stabilizer. A decanter is recommended.
Trousseau Plein Sud from Domaine Ganevat has a ruby color with cherry highlights and a nose of morello cherries and rose. Lots of freshness with very fine tannins.
