We have purchase records for all the materials used, and each item has been tested using an X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyser. To verify authenticity, we offered you the option to arrange IGI certification on your own or to return the product to us for certification, both at our expense if the product is found to be inauthentic, as mentioned in our previous conversation. However, we have not received your response since then.

Trotz mehrfacher Versuche ist es mir nicht gelungen, die Ohringe anzuziehen. Die Mutter zur Befestigung hinten am Ohr ist gerade mal 3 mm groß. Hier wurde extrem an Gold gespart.
