I understand your displeasure and your disappointment, it's always bad to receive a broken item. the package, like all the packaging, is done in the best possible way, but unfortunately it can happen during transport, especially if it is long as in Cyprus, that the couriers do not treat the packages well, and for this I cannot be responsible.
