The Cuvée Orium Extra-Brut without case from the Tsarine Champagne House is a blended champagne made from 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Pinot Meunier. Why the name Orium? When the new Cuvée Tsarine was launched, everyone had a special thought for Philippe Fémel (former director, who died suddenly), the idea being to take the suffix of the Premium cuvée and add Gold, he was a man in the eyes of all and also a little reminder of the white wine made from the 3 grape varieties of Champagne.
