Good morning. I apologize if I communicated in Italian but I forgot to activate the translator. you accused us of having sent the lot to an incorrect address, I copied the one written on catawiki where there was the right postcode and the wrong location. but I can't know. I think it's easier for a customer to get the postcode wrong than the location! in any case, since the courier sends an email, it was sufficient to immediately inform us of the error and we would have taken action. we apologize for the inconvenience.
