2021 Torre alle Comete:
The Bolgheri Superiore 'Torre alle Comete' by Campo alle Comete comes from the extraordinary new vineyards located at the foot of the Donoratico Tower at 230 m above sea level. From the vineyard you can enjoy a breathtaking view that embraces much of the Etruscan coast and from the first light of dawn until sunset the sun illuminates the vines, which are constantly caressed by the sea breeze. It is the wine that best represents the winery's production philosophy, with a moderate use of fine woods and excellent drinkability despite the tannic structure of the wine. Blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it represents a perfect organoleptic balance with an intriguing and harmonious taste. Refines

2022 Stupore:
The Bolgheri Rosso Stupore from the Campo alle Comete company, owned by Feudi di San Gregorio, was born in vineyards located in the small town of Sughericcio, in the Livorno municipality of Castagneto Carducci.
It is produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, separately, in steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in new and used medium toasted French oak barriques and tonneaux, and for at least 6 months in the bottle.
It has a very intense ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant fruity notes of fresh plum and cherry that intertwine with spicy hints of cocoa and balsamic aromas of eucalyptus that recall the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with enveloping fruity notes and a pleasantly savory and fresh finish.
Perfect to accompany cured meats and mature cheeses, this Bolgheri Rosso is ideal in combination with grilled red meats, sausages and lamb.
