A set of 3 Japanese handmade Kokeshi coming from a private japanese collection.
All 3 dolls have very detailed landscape paintings on the bodies and very relaxed faces.
The smallest Kokeshi could be made by Kunio Miyagawa; it definitely resemblances het work with beautiful flower paintings. However the signature on the bottom doesn't match Kunio's.
All 3 dolls are signed on the bottom and in very good shape, with no damages worth mentioning.
Dimensions from large to small:
Large: 17 x 7 x 7 cm
Middle: 14 x 6 x 4 cm
Small: 13 x 5 x 5 cm
