The buyer has received the wristwatch. After checking the wristwatch, the buyer authorised the payment of my money. Catawiki made my payment. Days later, the buyer reported that the wristwatch was broken. I sent service pictures of the wristwatch. Buyer gave negative feedback. If the wristwatch was really broken, he would have reported it to catawiki. This comment is not fair. He is unfairly accusing me. Yours sincerely
Watch in good condition overall. Could be a little more client oriented. But either than that no complaints.

The buyer received my wristwatch on 29 April 2024. The buyer reported that it did not work on the morning of 01 May. The buyer reported that he wound the wristwatch and that it worked. He reported that it did not work when he wound it for the second time. I informed the buyer that he had wound and compressed the wristwatch too much. I informed him to take it to the repair shop and that I would pay for its repair. The buyer did not accept my offer of help and wanted to return it. I did not accept. That's all. The buyer bought a very valuable wristwatch for 130 euro. The crown of the wristwatch is original. I can't change the crown because it's original. I sold a 60-year-old wristwatch. The buyer did not report any problems with the wristwatch. The buyer bought what he sees in the photos and descriptions in my advert.
