This specimen is a rare variety of Goethite called Turgite that can only be found in a few deposits around the world. It displays botryoidal crystals habit, a shiny, metallic luster and a wide variety of colors, from blue, through purple, green, yellow, red, pink, silver, and even black and it’s incredibly eye-catching and spectacular in person.

Hi, I'm glad you like fluorite. The dimensions are correct because the photos at the auction showed the specimen in two positions and it is an individual matter who will find the specimen more attractive in which position. Either way, I hope you'll be happy with your specimen.
