This is a 1999 S clad Dime with Several Retained copper scrap pieces in the Dime. Error Retained strike though! Turley ONE OF A KIND AND A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR COLLECTION!! There Is a pice south of the dime above the "S" mint mark and East near the back of the Head on the obverse side. On the reverse side there is a Pice below the "LU" in E Pluribus and North west under the "ED" in United. There are other prices Not so easily seen on both the obverse and reverse of the coin. This coin Has some Nice Toning and is in Grade MS69 However that is opinion based.
