Fedex recovered the package, and I told you I could cancel the deal for you, and you quit. You verbally attacked me, you threatened to erase me from this platform. I have been communicating with you politely throughout. That's the truth of the matter. Our philosophy is to satisfy every buyer. I'm sorry, but we can't provide 100% satisfaction to a capricious buyer.
