Received a different item. Same tree type but in a different cheap looking pot. Not what I payed for. 60 euro shipping is also pretty expensive for a small parcel within the eu Total dissapointment

A preparação de uma encomenda desse tamanho toma no mínimo 30 minutos de trabalho, além do material gasto para que chegue o melhor possível. Obrigado pela preferência.
Tempi di consegna troppo lunghi per una pianta di 20 giorni ed imballaggio troppo morbido infatti si sono spezzati alcuni rami e la pianta è tutta spoglia. Speriamo si riprenda

Hello Alessandro, we already open a claim on shipping company. That's not normal. Typical all the trees are delivered in 3/4 days in UE countries. They told us is related with strikes in several countries. Any help you need with tree lets us know. Thanks.

Hello, we use hard card box for the small ones, because is hard but at the same time flexible. We try in the past wooden box but it only results on larger trees. In small trees the box it’s to small so if someone crush it can fell down inside the tree. Hard card for the small ones is the best option so far. But thank you for your kind suggestion.
