Hi, for some reason I can't reply in our conversation anymore. As communicated in our conversation, the process of the mail for an official enquiry into a lost package takes a lot of time. They give themselves up to eight weeks. During this time the only option is to wait, as parcels do usually show up somehow. I finally received word this morning. The parcel was officially lost. I have informed Catawiki and asked them to provide you with a full refund. During this process I have tried to keep you up to date and provide you with clear information. Although I completely understand your frustration I am still a bit disappointed with this review.
