The “Clos des Fées” vintage is the great vintage of the estate, the one that is wisely kept in the cellar before opening it for a special occasion. The one which also proves that Roussillon has nothing to envy of great wines.
The latter is produced from a blend of very old vines (between 70 and 100 years old) of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
The secrets of producing this nectar? Meticulous harvests, precise vinification, aging in new barrels for 18 months. In the end, you discover a great, exceptional wine that cannot leave you indifferent. We advise you to open it at 17 degrees, it goes very well with simmered meat dishes.
