Buongiorno,non capisco il suo commento visto che il lotto è arrivato integro come da lei confermato in chat privata,scrivere come ha fatto lei "Pacco arrivato rotto" vuol significare che la bottiglia o la cassa di legno sono andate rotte,cosa non veritiera,l'unica cosa arrivata rotta a suo dire è il cartone esterno,come se fosse stato manomesso da terze persone,in questo caso non vedo come posso essere responsabile,ma detto ciò comunque non è tutto questo gran problema
