Misleading info advert Falsification on invoice Can you tell me why you write 1.71ct in stead of the correct 0,57ct on the invoice? That is prosecutable. And why you try to hide this in advert?

This was an error in the title in the ad. But it is described in the Gema information that the correct weight is 0.57 ct ( https://www.catawiki.com/en/l/84082069-no-reserve-price-1-pcs-green-emerald-1-71-ct-istituto-gemmologico-italiano-igi ). It is also on the copy of the advertised certificate. This was not intentional. If you are not interested in purchasing, you can arrange a return so that your payment is fully refunded.

The ring was really cheaply manufactured, a stone was missing from the start. Shipping costs where higher than the actual value of the lot. Can‘t recommend this at all. Very disapointing.

The package is returning to our company. According to our first analysis, what happened is that you did not pay the amount of Import Tax charged by your country's customs. It`s disappointing that the ring I bought did`t have a stamp inside since that`s required by law. I knew it was`t issued a certificate for the stone and diamonds, but I expected the ring to be stamped
