I am not sure why 2 forks are missing as i have packed all the items together if they are missing then i apologies and can send you another 2 forks as i do not have the same forks. regarding the scratches , these are vintage items and in the provided photos all of these scratches are clearly shown, I have been transparent and honest in presetting the items condition.

I am not sure why you gave me negative rating and wrote , never received, while there are clear evidence that I sent the parcel on time and sent you several messages confirming that it has been sent and is waiting for you to pay custom fee. It is clearly specified in the tracking information that On 1st Sep you denied to pay custom fee here is the message On the way The parcel is being held in customs as there was a refusal to pay the duties/taxes Friday, 1 September 2023 at 17:10. Then the delivery company contacted me and I had to pay for the return. I think it would be very unfair to give me negative rating for something that you decided to do and blame me for it. I would ask you please to remove this negative rating. Thank you
