It has indeed completed the 95% syrah of 5% viognier, a white grape variety that gives elegance and finesse.
Their cultivation is reasoned, the harvest is manual; fermentation is done in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, and, finally, the aging takes place in barrels for 20 months.
