Biography
Nishimura Seiki (1883-1945)
Born on March 14, 1883, in Osaka. His real name was Kizaburo. He graduated from the Tokyo School of Fine Arts, Japanese Painting Department, and studied under Terasaki Kogyo. In Taisho 3 (1914), he became a friend of the Nihon Bijutsuin during its revival. He passed away in 1945 at the age of 62.
