Pale celadon oval-shaped jade pendant boy -China–20th Century

On offer is a grey-white pale celadon jade oval-shaped pendant or inlay stone, carved with a Chinese boy standing under lingzhi fungus branches. Nicely carved in the detail. This older jade pendant is made in the Chinese taste and has a grey-white color. This fine jade pendant passes the scratch test for good hardness, no scratch with sencys hardmetal scratch pen possible! Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color with a russet touch. Also tested for thermal conductivity, which indicates (nephrite) jade. A fine piece, very suitable as an addition to your collection or to present as a gift. Has been tested as can be seen below, but comes without official test certificate. Provenance: acquired from inland China.
