編號 85339605
Organoleptic examination
ruby red color of good intensity. Great complexity on the nose with a wide spectrum of aromas from ripe red fruit to spices. Enveloping on the palate, with good structure, still rich in acidity and tannin capable of giving the wine an excellent drinking pleasure
Land Geology
calcareous deposits on volcanic rocks
Maturation and refinement
in barrels for a minimum of 36 months until bottling
Notes And Curiosities
that of Amarone is an ancient history to be approached with respect. The secret is power dominated by balance: an alchemy of environment and "know-how" that excludes any forcing
Yield Per Hectare
q/Ha
Harvest
manual, from mid-September
Winemaking
the grapes, selected with extreme care during harvesting, are placed in small boxes and transferred to well-ventilated and dry rooms (orchards) for drying. In January the grapes are softly pressed and the must begins a long and slow fermentation in contact with the skins for about 30 days.
Cellar
Albino Armani Viticulturists Since 1607 - Veneto
The vineyards cultivated in Lugana (guyot) are located in the municipality of Perchiera del Garda, near the Frfassino lake, a place characterized by clayey deposits rich in minerals and by delicate and constant ventilation. The Moscato vineyards are small plots located mainly in the southern part of the Adige Valley, where the river laps the mountains and the constant ventilation enriches the aromatic composition of the grapes that ripen there.
