查看翻譯salve. se voleva mettere un feedback negativo a UPS poteva farlo su un sito apposito, ad esempio Trustpilot, sarebbe stato piu utile. se invece mi ritiene responsabile per aver scelto questo Corriere le posso dire che dopo 10 anni che spedisco in tutto il Mondo non c'e' un Corriere che si possa dire affidabile al 100%. quindi cosa avrei dovuto fare?
