Ik ben zeer ontevreden over de messen. De messen hebben halen op het snijvlak, en de punt is afgebroken van twee messen. Niet scherp. Dit is niet acceptabel. Dus niet als nieuw/ongebruikt! OPLICHTING

sir , if you read the description then you would came to knew that if you buy Damascus knives then you have to oil them as soon you used them and dry them and oiled them. this really affects my account . this is your mistake firstly understand the Damascus then buy them please

check the shipping cost of bpost from belgium to france then please complain about shipping cost they separately charge for insurance of the parcel and fuel charges . i used UPS but i lost most of my parcels and they don't delivered it to customers then i have to pay for they shipping again and extra set of knives too as a compensation . please try to understand i shipping they don't handle the goods properly and most of the time packaging got damaged its not that there is problem in knives you will throw that packaging how much time you will use that main point is how the knives are so they are same as described and as show hope you understand your negative comments affects

shipping might be late due to bpost is on strike for one week. other things are you say expensive so you bid yourself . i don't know what is your criteria of good knives but my no customer ever complain about the quality of knives. i always try to provide finest knives to my customer. these knives are one of my favorite's your comment really hurts and effect my rating as well
