Beautiful vintage silverplated serving salver / small tray in Regency style. Round body with an everted scalloped edge that is decorated with a very crisp applied gadrooned border with scroll and shell accents in Rococo fashion.
The body of the plate is chased with blooming flowers, scrolling foliage and quilted medallions in Louis XV style.
There is a vacant cartouche to the centre of the tray for personalised engraving.

I am sorry for the disappointment, but I believe the buyer is being unreasonable. The pendant was clearly described as "Large oval statement pendant of a prehistoric fish fossil mounted in 18ct yellow gold." When it arrived, the buyer wrote to me: "The problem is that from the description and photos you couldn't understand that it's not all gold but there is a stone in the middle". I fail to see how anyone could not understand that a fossil is not made of solid gold and Catawiki agreed with me, closing the dispute in my favour.
