Glass was broken, probably already in Japan as the broken pieces do not add up to a full glass pane. Photo of the broken pane was sent to Catawiki.

I'm sorry it broke. I packed it so it wouldn't break. I can only think that it was dropped during shipping. How can we solve this problem? Is there a company in your country that will replace glass?
