Barneo Reserva 40 years is made with grapes of the Palomino Fino variety using the traditional system of Criaderas y Soleras characteristic of vinegars protected by the denomination of origin vinagre de Jerez. It has a typical, characteristic and unique bouquet that is conferred by its elaboration from Olorosos wines and its permanence in American oak barrels for a very long period of time of more than four decades. Barneo Reserva 40 years is characterized by its deep mahogany color, silky texture; Peculiar aroma, deep acidity that contains, in addition to notes of old wine, the memory of its very long aging. This is where its condensed, round, broad, dry, balanced flavor comes from, with a long and acid aftertaste, as well as spicy and dried fruit notes.
