Villa Franciacorta chooses to dedicate its flagship to the Universal Exhibition: the intriguing Cru Cuvette Brut 2007, a noble and elegant vintage, with a fine and persistent perlage. Chardonnay (85%) and Pinot Noir (15%). A partial first fermentation in barriques and a prolonged period of aging on the yeasts of at least 80 months give life to a colorful watercolor of sensations: yellow peach, candied fruit, hazelnut and vanilla, sweet spices, in a succession of sensations that enchant the mind and the palate .
