Dear customer! We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. The new watch pouch is on its way to you. The only document we mention in the description of the watch is the warranty card. We have contacted the factory and asked them to send us an additional warranty card but unfortunately they no longer have these warranty cards available, so we have made you a QBrand original warranty which has exactly the same effect as the factory warranty together with your purchase invoice.
