Dear Madam, I have never stopped responding to all your messages but you act like you don't read anything. I gave you 5 tracking links but that doesn't seem like enough? How do you want to receive an item on November 3 when Catawiki communicated your delivery information to me on November 3?????? You claim shipping costs of 25 Euros when they are 18 Euros. You are saying that the package has been in transit for over a month when it has been there for 16 days? Forgive me but is this a hoax?
