I did not get the item at all. Cata wiki said I should report not receive the package at sometime. But also in catawiki system, it clearly shows , the package is not delivered yet.

You don't need to think that I personally accompany each parcel to its final destination. This is done by postal services. If you did not receive the parcel on time, it does not mean that the seller is to blame. You do not need to take out your dissatisfaction on the seller in the form of a negative rating.
Love the cuff links had to pay extra import duties but love them

You have not met the requirements of the site. Therefore, you are denied a refund.You could also go to the post office and get a parcel, but you didn't do that.

Your parcel was sent to the address you specified on the website. Having 5 years of experience, I do not make mistakes when writing the address. Therefore, I ask you to send an official response from your postal service about the delivery address of your parcel - otherwise all your statements are groundless. Delivery was safely packaged. Unfortunately Dutch customs took 10 days to communicate how to release and pay duties. Disadvantage of non-EU sneller.
