This is a beautiful bronze Viking Odin's Cross.
Openwork bronze sun pendant comprising two concentric circles at regular intervals joined by four horizontal bars.
Such a symbol is sometimes called sun cross or solar cross. Actually it was not a symbol for the sun at all, but represents a wheel. That is a symbol for the Viking God Odin who drives his chariot through the sky pulled by white horses. Odin is one of the most important Viking Gods. He is associated with wisdom, healing and victory.
It has a very beautiful red patina.
You can actually wear this piece of jewelry, a modern chain is included.
