Out of goodwill, we offered you a slight partial refund even though Catawiki has ruled that your claim is not valid. However, you asked for a 100 Euros refund when you only paid 93 Euros for it in the first place! Does it mean we have to give you the watch for free and on top of it, give you some cash to spare?
